How's My Kid is super easy to use. You simply register using the form on the right side of the page to create your child-care center account. Then, add each of your children and their parents to your account. Once you've registered your children and parents, they will stay on your account until you choose to remove them.

To start sending quick and easy updates, you only need an iPhone, iPad 2, iPod Touch 4, Samsung Galaxy tablet, or any other Andoid-based smartphone or tablet. You simply download the How's My Kid application from the Apple App Store or Google Play (formerly the Android Market). It's free!


1. Every morning, the device will show you the children in your class.

2. You'll use the app to take a picture of each child doing a fun activity, or simply just smiling!

3. Next, you'll use the wizard to select the child's activities and any messages to the parent. You can also use the app to share news about the center or your classroom.

4. That's it! The app takes the information you collected and converts it into a fun message delivered right to the parent's email. Imagine your parents being at work, the gym, or wherever and telling their friends, "Hey look! I just got an update on Sally from Ms. Barnes! Check this out!"
