1. Your son or daughter's child-care center will add your contact information to the system, and you'll receive a welcome email immediately.

2. Periodically, the teacher at the child-care center will spend one-on-one time with your child and will generate an individualized update using the How's My Kid mobile app. The update includes a picture, a description of the activities that your child engaged in that day, and any news from the child-care center.

3. The information will be sent directly to you that same day. All you have to do is check your email, and you'll see how your son or daughter is doing that day. You can even send a message back to your child!
